Cancer is when abnormal cells divide in an uncontrolled way. Some cancers may eventually spread into other tissues and this uncrontrolled cell division leads to formation of tumour. A tumour is of two types The first is benign tumours that do not spread into, or invade, nearby tissues. When they are removed there are less chances of getting this back. The second one is malignant, or tumours that invade nearby tissues, known as metastasizing i.e they can spread in the other parts of the body they are more dangerous and can recur even after removal. Dont worry if cancer is detected in its early stages it can be treated and an individual can lead a healthy life . Though we exactly don’t know why a person develop cancer and another doesn’t however there are some risk factors which  may increase the chances of developing cancer example family history and lifestyle choices.  So here are 5 ways you can prevent your body from cancer

Weigh yourself regularly . You will definitely feel light after you achieve a balanced weight.
