The University of Alberta tested the leg strength of nine early morning people and nine people who have late sleep and compared the results from which it became clear that people who have late sleep are said to have better leg strength than the early rising people. The study by University of Liege in Belgium by monitoring 15 people who have late sleep and 16 early rising people concluded that the late sleepers had more of brain concentration when compared to the morning risers.

According to the study of University of Chicago people who have late sleep are tend to be bigger risk takers than others. When it comes to a big decision making and risk taking the late sleepers have the high chance of taking the risky decisions which may be positive or negative.
Frankly speaking, being a morning person is way too good and advisable but even though you are a person who has late sleep there is no need to get worried about it, as regular sleep is enough to be healthy. When it becomes irregular then starts the problems for life. So always have a regular sleep ranging from 7 to 9 hours per day to stay healthy and fit.
