Your outer world is a reflection of your inner world. Your habits, mindset, behaviour, relationships, attitude, and personality are the results of your thoughts.

Your thoughts become your reality. Negative thoughts bring negative results, and positive thoughts bring positive results.

Your body works according to what your mind thinks. In simple words, “You become what you think.” So don’t allow your negative thoughts to hold you back.

Your mind is the most powerful machine ever created, and if you use it well you can achieve everything that this world has to offer, but if you don’t then you can lose everything that you have.

If there is one thing that all humans have in common is our brain. In this video, you can learn a few of the most amazing things that our brain can do.

Now, you have seen what our brain and mind are capable of, but let me tell you one thing, it’s not easy to get the best out of your mind but let me tell you another thing, it’s not that hard too.


These are some tips that will help you use your mind the way it is meant to be used.


TIP #1

Convince your mind rather than forcing it:

Your brain is like a child. The more you deny it something, the more it wants that thing. Let’s say, your friends are calling you for a party, but at the same time, you have to study for your upcoming exams. In such a situation when there is a conflict going on in your brain, you must not force your mind to stay and study, rather you must convince your mind why studying is more important than going to the party. Give yourself reasons how studying will help you more than partying. If your mind still wanders, right down the reasons and imagine the benefits that you will have by sacrificing the party.

If you restrain your mind from doing something, then it will run wild, it will keep wandering and will try to force you to do that thing. You cannot force your mind. You can only convince your mind that what you want to do is right.

TIP #2

Engage your mind in productive activities:


If you have a goal in life, then you must direct your mind towards that goal and engage it in achieving your goal. Put all the distractions such as parties, friends, etc. aside. Engage your mind in productive activities 24*7. Never let your mind stay empty for one second.

Whenever you are not working on your goals, read books, solve riddles, watch YouTube videos that provide interesting and useful information.

Engage your brain in positive things, and it will automatically stop thinking about negative things. Never sit idol. The moment you sit idol, your mind will start worrying about negative things and bad events. The problem with us is that we worry about issues which are not even related to us. The problem with our mind is that it makes up imaginary problems which are not a problem at all when it has nothing else to do. To kill such negative thoughts, engage your mind in positive ones.

When you are sitting idol and have nothing to do, I would encourage to play these brain games which are a great exercise for your brain – BRAIN GAMES

Every morning when you wake up, feed thoughts of positivity, success, motivation, wealth, and peace to your mind. Believe me, by doing it you can revolutionize your life. Watch biographies of famous and successful people.

Read 15 to 20 pages of inspirational and self-help books daily for 21 days, and you experience a positive change in your life.
