Amino acids play an important role within the human body and are assisted with some body functions which is required to sustain life. They build and maintains all body cells, tissues, tendons, blood, and bones. You consume amino acid daily in a normal diet, it is called building blocks of protein and is directly related to the indispensability of proteins in our body.
When we eat food the amino is stored in protein, and when it digests it breaks into amino acids. Therefore there are 20-25 amino acids in which 8-10 are useful and the other are waste. Therefore you must take care of the essential amino required, as these are only found in food and not in other substances. There are basically 8 essential amino and 11 non-essential amino.
Types of amino acids
That amino which cannot be synthesized by the body and need to acquire by diet. Therefore the 8 essential amino are phenylalanine, valine, threonine, tryptophan, methionine, leucine, isoleucine, and lysine. In which 6 are considered in a natural person diet, they are arginine, cysteine, glycine, glutamine, proline, and tyrosine.
Non-essential amino acids are those that your body can produce, specifically by the liver, without any outside help. There are 11 non-essential amino acids i.e Alanine, asparagine, arginine, glutamine, tyrosine, cysteine, glycine, proline, serine, aspartate, and ornithine. These are found in your diet but is not considered as a part of your diet.
Therefore the above amino acids are essential for body growth as these provide greater immunity to the body.
