HOW TO GET OVER A FRIENDSHIP BREAK-UP

No one is permanent in our life, everything is temporary . In fact even a romantic breakup wouldn’t be as much painful as that of friendship break-up . I have never believed in love at first sight but I do believe in friendship at first sight .its quite strange how could even our soul friend betray us .There are many reasons behind Breaking off a friend . Main reason is that ego ,three letter word destroys a beautiful ten letter word. Even after all that our life goes on. So here I have given you after break-up advice.

GET OVER FROM ALL THE MEMORIES THAT  YOU HAD WITH YOUR FRIEND

After dumped by a friend you will be with a broken heart .What do memory do? They bring a tear to your eye, happy and sad . Try to delete all the memories that you had with you’re friend. It isn’t as easy as it seems to be. Your friend would have been with you during hard and happy times .whenever you think about it , there comes emotions .so try to forget all the memories . when you get to erase your memory try to unfriend you ex-best friend ,and delete all your insta ,fb post that you had posted with you friend. Because when you feel like forgetting all the memories that you had with your ex-best friend automatically these posts will pop up . By doing this you will be in a position to over come your break up with your friend.

MEET NEW PEOPLE

When you get acquainted with new people you will forget your old best friend. By meeting new people you will come to know about many things and also you could forget our old times .You can spend some quality time with the people whom we met .But make sure that again you’re not giving them the opportunity to hurt you.

MAKE YOUR SELF BUSY

Ending a friendship with some one you love is not as easy as it seems to be. Thus by keeping you’re self busy you can get over out of it . As we all know idle time would perpetuate our old memories .make yourself busy ,concentrate more on your studies .Enhance you’re concentration. Try to read as many books as you can. It will also help you to enrich your knowledge. Instead of wasting our time by thinking about something which is Sisyphean, spend some quality time to upgrade your knowledge.

Loneliness will never allow you to move on .whenever you feel lonely you will start thinking about you’re ex-friend. stop being lonely hangout with friends make memories with them .Enjoy your life to the fullest .

When you find it difficult to overcome you need someone to support you. Share your feelings with them or else write your feelings and express it to the diary .By expressing your distress you would feel comfortable. Don’t open mouth, just share your feelings .
