Today almost everyone facing the problem of anxiety and depression. They don’t have time for their mental stability. They only want to work and earn money which is effecting their health very badly. So here are some ways by which you can fight the problem of anxiety.

Her research found that a month of weekly 20-minute massages lowers cortisol levels—”a very good objective index of anxiety,” she says—by 31%. Massage also causes a relaxation response, which eases anxiety.
Some medications, such as antidepressants, have been shown to reduce worry and associated physical symptoms in people with GAD, but it appears that the improvements only last as long as the medications are taken. Benzodiazepines such as Valium provide temporary relief from symptoms, but are addictive.
3. CHALLENGE WORRYING THOUGHTS-
Chronic worriers tend to have two types of thoughts. First, they over-estimate the possibility that bad things will happen, and second, they underestimate their own ability at handling these things. These thoughts aren’t based on reality or fact and are totally irrational.
