IT IS OKAY TO CRY !

“STOP ! STOP! , WHY ARE YOU CRYING , IT’S JUST A PHASE! TRUST ME, IT HAPPENS TO EVERYONE, IT IS OKAY TO CRY “. now these my fellers  are the words which we really want to hear when we cry.But do we?  No we don’t, but what we do hear instead is  Stop crying like girls , it makes you weak”. 

There are several emotions our body goes through , we laugh , we shout but we are never judged for expressing these emotions, people never say  “oh look she is laughing she is so kooky”  than why is it so that when we cry we are termed as feeble.


IT IS OKAY TO CRY 

Do you remember when was the last time  you let  it all out , when was  the last time you cried ? People very often don’t cry in front of others because they think that this would show how frail  they are and if they want to show their  starkness they should control shit coming out of their eyes . However it is a fact  that people who cry are much more stronger mentally and emotionally as compared to those who don’t cry .  As it is popularly said that” the sorrow which has no vent in tears may make other organs weak.”

People who don’t cry  may seem to be strong , stable personalities but actually deep inside they are weak,very weak , they hide their emotions , they are afraid of being judged, they are afraid of being themselves.

LET YOUR TEARS, WATER YOUR SOUL SO THAT YOU CAN OVERCOME WITH PAIN YOU ARE GOING THROUGH  , ALLOW YOUR TEARS TO BRING A BETTER SELF IN YOU DON’T HOLD IT INSIDE ,BY  DOING THIS YOU ARE CAUSING HARM TO YOURSELF ,THE AGONY IS GOING TO INCREASE.

WELL  I’LL  SAY  THAT  IT   IS  STILL   OKAY  TO  CRY

Because crying at the darkest moments depict that now you can stop being strong , you can let it out and it’ll all be okay! this will give peace to your mind, which will once again give you  a chance to bring yourself up and fight back for what you have lost .

“Tear expert” Dr. William Frey at the Ramsey Medical Center has discovered that our tears contain 98% of water and 2% of stress hormones that are expelled from the body. This is the reason why you feel relaxed when you let out a good cry . I don’t think it is easy to cry infront of others but my friends you should be like , ” yes i’m vulnerable, cause i have a heart which is supposed to  feel things and i’m using it right , i get hurt and i cry which is okay because atleast i’m  not covering myself with fake strength “.


IT IS OKAY TO CRY

THEN WHY SHOULD I STOP SOBBING  WHEN IT ACTUALLY GIVES ME CESSATION.

People who control themselves and don’t let stress out  of their bodies are the one’s who face depression, and several psychological problems.Tears actually liberate you from negative emotions and transforms your life .

why you all forget that we are living  beings, and we are made to express our emotions ,  and ” IT IS STILL TOTALLY OKAY TO CRY”. Because tearless grief bleeds inwardly, so it is better to let out all that you have inside.

Do not ever feel ashamed of crying because without this very emotion you are machines you are not letting stress out of you, you are holding it inside .

So for the next time if anyone says  you to stop your tears and emotional drama infront of them “Do reply that you aren’t afraid of your feelings and you aren’t afraid to express any emotion that  your body  experiences , tell them that you love yourself and it is okay for you to cry”.
