Each and Everyone around us will have many Desired Goals in our life, but the most saddest things is only some people reach their Goals. In this century everyone around us, start their day with dismissing the alarm and they just send a good morning text to their peers. To start your way of success in your life, first just throw the negativity around you thats none other than CELLPHONE, just create a positive thoughts around you, it will be of great help.
“SAVER” TECHNIQUES OF SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE
“SILENCE IS NOT EMPTY, IT’S FULL OF ANSWERS”
The word silence reminds you the very important thing Cellphone to be thrown out in the morning, because you should be very calm in the early morning. Don’t think anything in your mind, just be Quiet for 1 minute, when you woke up. Don’t keep any alarm in your cellphone, just fix in your mind that i should wake up within time or else i will be failed to complete my work and the whole day will be collapsed. So, friends just be quiet for a minute when wake up.
“WHEN YOU ARE IN YOUR LANE, THERE IS NO TRAFFIC”
After being quiet for a minute, you just make a promise to yourself that you will be confident throughout the day or you will be happy throughout the day or something you wish to be. You should have only positive thoughts in the morning not any negative thoughts. To explain you in the easy manner, many people will have Prayer(wish for the day) in the morning or Meditation in the morning.
“IF YOU CAN VISUALIZE IT, YOU CAN ACTUALIZE IT”
Visualization is something you just plan a day with pictures, you are just saying to your mind that what you need to do the whole day? For example, like Fast Forwarding your day like a Movie. You should visualize only good inputs of your day. So, friends just go through your day with your own checklist and be prepared with your day, it will be much grateful.
Exercise is one of the most important thing that everyone should do, to have a good health condition. Many people around us become lazy and fat, the one main reason is not following the daily exercise. So friends, you just do some simple exercise to get off from your sleep and be brisk. For example, Surya Namaskar or some easy exercise as you can do. The daily morning exercise makes you strong and enthusiastic,etc…
The most important habit to be successful in our life is Reading daily, you can read your favorite books or Newspaper, other than creating negative thoughts in your mind. The major bad thing behind this is, waking up in the early morning itself a great job for us, thereafter following this steps and reading the book is not possible at all, but when you get adopt to it doing daily it will be one of your most important and favorite habit of your life. so start doing it without annoying it.
When you start a race with good energy and good positive thoughts in your daily morning routine, you never need to bother about any defense in your whole day. It’s not that much easy as i said, as I’m also being the aspirant of my own goals, i also started this “SAVER” with lots of struggle and fight with myself, Only after following it over 21 days it’s being that much easy to do it in routine. As Swami Vivekananda said “PRACTICE MAKES A MAN PERFECT AND IT NEVER EVER FAILS” AND “CONQUER YOURSELF AND THE WHOLE UNIVERSE IS YOURS”. So, friends start practicing the Rule of SAVER as like many successful people and start making your own way towards your success.
