Nutrition and Supplements for different body types

<!– –>

Each individual person body is different from others and the different body responds differently to both workout and diet. We all may be created equal in a higher, spiritual sense, but not a physical one. Some people have narrow shoulders and hips, small joints, and long limbs, others have wide shoulders, narrow waists, and rounder looking muscles, others still have wide hips, thick joints, and shorter limbs. Some people stay skinny and lean no matter whatever they eat… some of them gain muscle and strength very easily without gaining much fat… and others gain both muscle and fat quickly and struggle to get lean.

There are three basic human body types: the Ectomorph, the Mesomorph, and the  Endomorph.

1. Ectomorph

An ectomorph is a thin, and struggles to gain weight as either body fat or muscle mass. They can eat lots of food and stay looking the same, even when gaining muscular weight. People who battle to gain muscle are often known as “hard gainers.” Being an ectomorph doesn’t mean you seem to be weak, you can still get strong, and you can be fit and healthy as someone who looks larger and more muscular. But if you want to gain weight, you’d better be prepared to eat like you’ve never eaten before.

An ectomorph body type will naturally look skinny with long limbs and fingers. They need to concentrate on fueling your body with a lot of calories to gain weight and just focus on strength training with limited cardio exercises. They require a lot of calories. The supplements like Whey Protein, Weight Gainer and Double Mass Gainer with high carb content are definitely recommended. The BCAA supplement will help you to quickly recover from the muscle fatigue during training or workouts.

2. Mesomorph

The mesomorph has wide shoulders, a narrow waist, relatively thin joints, and round muscle bellies. This body shape is the best body type for bodybuilding to quickly add muscle and lose fat. A mesomorph body type quickly responds to exercises like low reps and power moves. A variety of weekly resistance training period with moderate to heavy weights will help to stimulate your muscle growth.

They should consider a balanced diet with an adequate amount of protein so that an existing body shape is maintained. A whey protein with low carb works best for this body type and it should be consumed as post-workout.  Moreover, the mesomorph body type also responds well to creatine, therefore you can go for a Creatine supplement. It is an ideal supplement for those Mesomorphs who want a lean and athletic body shape.

3. Endomorph

The endomorph tends to gain weight and keep it on. They may have more muscle than either of the other body types. This type of body looks soft and chubby. Limbs generally seem to be short and curvy. While most of the endomorphs focus on shedding fats by means of aerobic exercises, we recommend you to go for weight training.

They should strictly follow a balanced calorie diet plan that contains the minimum amount of carbohydrates, fats, and even protein. However, you can take vitamins and mineral supplement in this diet so that your body doesn’t get deprived of any essential nutrients, and a natural fat burning formula like ‘Extreme Fat Burner’ is also recommended to boost fat burn rate without any side-effect. It includes natural fat burning elements. This supplement helps you in controlling your hunger for unhealthy or junk foods to attain a lean and healthy body.
