Pimples usually occurs when we don’t take care of our skin properly and when dust particles block the skin pores which may develop pimples on the skin.
•Pimples are also known as acne, sometimes when our skin comes in contact with certain type of bacterias it makes pimple worse as it makes our skin red and causes pain.
•Some few tips which you should keep in mind to prevent pimples~
1.DRINK WATER AS MUCH AS YOU CAN AND STAY HYDRATED•••
Drink at least 4-5 liters of water every day to stay hydrated as dehydration promotes face dullness and causes redness & inflammation.
• If you are doing workout on regular basis then you should consume more water after your training, Dehydration produces more oil on skin which causes pimples.
2.AVOID UNHEALTHY FOOD•••
Taking high glycemic diet can promote acne, it includes mainly the junk foods that is chips, oily food, baked in white flour etc. As these are less nutrious than low glycemic foods.
•If your mother keeps on telling that junk foods causes Pimples on your face then she must be absolutely right in every aspect.
•You should always go with raw vegetables and dairy products as these food helps you to trigger pimples.
3. WASH YOUR FACE IN PROPER MANNER•••
If you want to remove pimples then you should wash your face properly and make sure all dirt, excess oil and sweat should completely removed from your face.
•You should wash your face with warm water not deep hot water.
•After that dry your face with a clean towel gently rather being doing it harshly.
