As we all know, we all check our phone right after we wake up even we all know that we keep our phone with us whole day and most of us keep our phone beside when we sleep!

As soon as you turn your data on which gives you various notifications, messages,emails etc. And after that you just sit and start giving attention to them without taking a shower or sometimes even without washing your face and you are just forcing your brain to other useless things.

2. EXERCISING OR MOVING TOWARDS GYM WITHOUT PROPER FUELING
