Mostly, everyone knows that water is very important for our overall health but it also plays a major role in our fitness routine as when you’re on training your body requires more water as you are loosing water in the form of sweat.

• Everyone’s body needs diffrent amount of water but you should make a note to drink water before as well as during your workout session to energize your body completely for better results.

NEVER SKIP WARM-UP SESSIONS-



You should never at least think of skipping your warm-up session doesn’t matter how long or short your workout session would be.Everyone’s body requires a certain amount of body temperature to conduct the training sessions smoothly.

• So don’t throw yourself to hard training sessions initially firstly learn to warm-up your body completely.

ALWAYS GRAB A SMALL SNACK-



There are certain myths running in everyone’s mind that what to eat before workout and in how much quantity it should be? One short answer for this is that everyone’s body requires small amount of meal before the beginning of workout in form of fuel to energize your body for better results.

#AFTER YOUR WORKOUT~

STRETCHING IS MUST-



You should leave the gym or track in the same way you have entered it. To recover your body from soreness after the workout you should do proper stretching at least perform each stretch for at least 15 seconds to increase the recovery process!

REFUEL YOUR BODY COMPLETELY WITH POST-WORK OUT MEAL-



Very stupid fact isn’t? Everyone refuel thier body with post workout meal right! Main question is that what you are actually eating after your workout because actual diet which your body requires is combination of protien and carbs with necessary amount of healthy fats. SO NEVER FORGET TO HAVE NUTRIOUS AS WELL AS BALANCED POST WORKOUT MEAL!

COOL SHOWER IS NECESSARY-



Everyone takes shower after the workout no problem in that! But sometimes people turned out to be more lazy so they skip or postpone thier shower for few hours which sometimes cause rashes as well as skin problems. So you should take a cool shower just within 10-15 minutes after the workout to remove body soreness and fasten your healing process.
